Corail provides advanced systems for automatic control technical condition of the rolling stock. Thanks to them, predictive maintenance of components such as wheels, brake pads, pantograph caps, chassis, and vehicle bodies is possible.

Specialized scanners, using laser measurements and video imaging, send data to a dedicated diagnostic portal. The analyzed information allows for accurate determination of the degree of wear of individual components and predict their further service life. This approach reduces maintenance downtime and increases the reliability and safety of the rolling stock.

The system is particularly useful in large, dispersed fleets, where it is crucial to optimization of maintenance processes. Data can be recorded while the train is traveling at speeds of up to 10 km/h, allowing for real-time monitoring of vehicle condition without the need to take them out of service.
