Leak test

Corail offers modern, automatic leak testing equipment dedicated to both the production and modernization of rolling stock. System controlled water spray allows for precise testing of vehicle tightness in accordance with applicable standards and the customer's internal procedures.

Depending on requirements, the installation can be designed as mobile or stationary. Thanks to the use of additional running rails, it is possible to conduct the test in motion – the vehicle passes through a so-called water gate at a specific speed, which reflects operating conditions.

The system was developed with the following in mind: environmental protection – The water used in the process remains in a closed circuit and is reused thanks to special filtration systems. This solution not only guarantees the reliability of measurements, but also ensures high efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the entire process.
